Winter Fun with the Horses....

The past couple of times when it has snowed outside and the horses are cramped in their stalls we love to let them out and let them stretch their legs for a little while! There have been a couple days out of the whole Winter that it has been really bad when the snow has started to pile up! But, hey, I bet that the horses don't care they love to gallop through the snow! My favorite part is when they all gallop together in a big herd through the snow. They look so majestic, wild, and free! Here are a couple of photos documenting my life with horses.....

Just to give you an idea of what it was like up in the mountins, he is a picture of a sand dune with the wind being blown off of the tops!

Here are the two love birds at our barn, Betty is in the far left, and Dexter is taking the lead since he was a wild mustang a while back!

Here is one of the horses running solo through the snow! This gal's name is "Gracie", she is sure a princess!
