I just wanted to write an article focusing on the art of bareback riding, I'm sure that many people love it as much as I do! Every single horse I train of course I like to train in several different areas of strengths, both English and Western, all horses need to be muli-talented in several different areas of riding! I love starting out all of foals, and early horses at bareback. Bareback is a natural way of riding and many people practice this with their horse all the time. Bareback helps to develop your seat and also helps to develop your leg muscles!

I love Bareback riding as much as anybody else out there but I do have to say that in order to do this you have to have a very good seat. If you bounce too much on the horse's back this can cause soreness the next day or even for a couple of days depending on how long you rode the horse!

This is my "Big Boy" "Big Ben" resting for a while next to my little sister!
NOTE: WHEN RIDING BAREBACK ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET EVEN IF YOU ARE A EXPERIENCED RIDER!
