Hear me roar.....
I am Inky hear my roar!! Both cats and horses share a big portion of my life! Here is a post dedicated to my forever friend.
When we were at our old barn many years ago there was a little black cat that would always follow me around. She would be my shadow and I would be here's! I would feed her, love on her, and be by her side every minute of the day! Inky the "Great Cat" is a black twelve year old female Bombay! She is the most elegant and spoiled cat in the world but she deserves every minute of it, she's been through so much!
This is Inky before she fell off the rafters!
Inky would do this weird thing when we would board our two horses there where she would go off and hide for a couple days and not return for a couple weeks. She would always hide in her favorite place but dangerous hiding place high up in the rafters! The barn owner would always have a wood palete on the bottom of the landing. Sometimes there was horse feed on the palette's sometimes there wasn't! Well, one day I was worried about her because she haden't shown up in a couple of days, since she's a black cat she's usually very easy to find! I found her up in the rafters one day and when she came down to get her Dinner she slipped and sliced her muscle on the palette wood it was horrible and I was sure that she had broken her leg! All my savings went directly to her vet visit and vet bill! They fixed her up and she was ready to be sent home! Eventually she was able to walk again after a long recovery!
This is Inky's vet visit for a clear take home!
She loves the sunlight from the window!
Her special portrait picture!
Picture Perfect!
Her Daily Dinner Schedule!
After a couple of years and we moved our horses I didn't want to leave her there so I decided that she would become part of our family! She has always been! We love her with all our family hearts!
